Topic: TIFFRead.dll error

Hi,

I am getting this error code 127, what am I doing wrong?

I've never seen that before. It could be that the TIFF DLL got corrupted so you could try to download it again from http://meesoft.logicnet.dk/Analyzer/plu … x.htm#TIFF and update the one in the IA folder.

Nope, changes nothing.  Can I turn on logging or do you have a debugging version, then I can reproduce the error (maybe).

Hmmm... welll... I think Microsoft shot itself in the foot.  It should come with IE8,at least the dependency was introduced with IE8, now I got it with Windows Update or Microsoft Update, anyway, it seems they install the DLLs only for Vista and above.  Which is ridiculous since modules which are installed depend on these DLLs, even some of Microsofts own products require it and refuse to run if it is not present, LOL.

It looks strange. I have no idea what these files are that reports the errors in your screenshots. If the problem only occurs when loading TIFFRead.dll you can simple delete it. Then IA won't support TIFF files, but other that it doesn't change anything.
