Topic: Transparent Background

Once it's not possible to aply transparence to a image background in a .jpeg file, I converted my one in a .gif image. How to do it (aply transparence directly to a bg img) now? Is it possible? How to select a background color and remove it?
Thanks.

Re: Transparent Background

Dear Michael, I know that jpeg does not suport transparency (see my post first line), doe this, I had already converted my jpeg image in a gif image. What I wont to know was how, in the Image Analyzer, to aply transparency to a gif background image. But I solved this problem with a FastStone Image.thank you vm.

Re: Transparent Background

Ok, sorry, then I didn't understand you. Image Analyzer doesn't support transparency in GIF files - see http://meesoft.logicnet.dk/Analyzer/hel … #PNGformat

Dear, Michael, thanks even so. B. regards. W Rizzo (Brazilian User).

Re: Transparent Background

I think jpeg can be supported transparent. I try it in the photoshop software and this can be done so you can try this way.
