Topic: Adaptive noise reduction pixelates chroma a lot in 1.32
After upgrading from 1.31 to 1.32 I noticed that setting "Reduce Color noise" in Adaptive noise reduction above zero makes picture look like it has something like YV12 colorspace, where chroma has 1/4 of resolution compared to luma.
Here is the example:

Reduce Color Noise=5 in 1.31 and same value in 1.32:
I usually use color noise reduction to fix pixelation and artifacts caused by jpeg compression, but now it only increases it.
